Spring Place | Kentish Town
Spring Place in Kentish Town, North London is a high density development of 21 apartments for affordable rent.
Designed by Monahan Blythen Architects for the One Housing Group, and built by Sandwood Construction, the concrete frame building has a distinctive copper cladding and was constructed on a small, demanding site with very limited access.
A number of challenges, including the proximity to the high-speed railway line, were overcome to provide a number of high-quality affordable homes within an impressive building. Ellis & Moore acted as CDM Consultant for the project.
