A mixed use development on behalf of the Peabody Trust designed by architect Rivington Studios. The building comprising 44 apartments, a retail unit and a new Medical Centre. The flats are arranged within both a seven storey tower forming a strong landmark within Newington Green and a three storey terrace which relates to the existing Victorian terraces nearby.
