The development of sites in central London is constrained at the best of times and the building of this new mews-style house was no exception. Located within the King’s Cross conservation area, the existing building on the site was a slim garage only suitable for the smallest of cars such as the classic Mini. Impracticable for modern-day use the garage was removed and a two-storey mews house put in its place. The compact luxury house has been constructed from London stock bricks with grey Crittal windows. Inside the house is fitted out to the highest standard with a contemporary décor finish.
