As part of the regeneration of the 1950's Naish Court Estate in Islington, the new development of 24 flats over five storeys rehoused existing tenants and leaseholders as well as introducing new residents to the site. Built on the site of The Independent pub, the block built on behalf of Guinness Developments is intended for outright sale, shared ownership and key workers. Working with architects Levitt Bernstein, the project included using a mixture of reinforced concrete and steel framing.
